Wednesday Photo Challenge 2-1-12

It’s been awhile but the photo challenge has returned to stump you again. If you’re new to this, here’s the deal: On certain Wednesdays I will post a photo and issue a challenge for our readers to answer a question about it.

I decided to come back swinging. Hard. I don’t expect a great deal of guesses, simply because when no one knows, no one says nothin’! And I’m betting none of you will get this one:
